Shisui saves the links you share to it, reads their content, uses AI to turn them into detail pages and syncs them through your iCloud. Content on some platforms may be unavailable or incomplete, for example posts that require signing in. In that case you can add screenshots or paste the text yourself.
Shisui is offered only in countries and regions outside mainland China and Europe (including the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), and is not available on the App Store in those regions.
3. Subscription
Shisui has one subscription, “Shisui”, which renews monthly at US$4.99. Prices in other regions are shown in the App Store in local currency. There is no free trial. An active subscription is required to use Shisui, including AI analysis.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel the subscription in iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or open the same page from Settings › Subscription in Shisui. After you cancel, the subscription stays active until the end of the current period.
Apple handles refunds under its own policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If the price changes, Apple will notify you in advance as its rules require.
4. Your content and acceptable use
The links you save and their content belong to their authors or rights holders. Shisui reads that content only so you can organize and revisit it yourself. Don’t use Shisui to infringe anyone’s rights.
Don’t use Shisui to crawl websites in bulk, get around sign-in or access restrictions, or interfere with Shisui or its servers.
Don’t reverse engineer or resell Shisui, or abuse AI analysis, for example by sending automated requests. AI analysis is rate limited to prevent abuse.
5. AI-generated content
Summaries, details and tags are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. They are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Check the original link for anything important.
6. Your account
You use Shisui by signing in with Apple, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
You can delete your account in the app at any time. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.
If you seriously breach these terms, we may suspend or end services such as AI analysis for your account.
7. Changes and interruptions
We work to keep Shisui reliable, but we can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Changes on third-party platforms may stop some links from being read for a while. We may change or discontinue features. If we shut down the whole service, we’ll give notice in the app in advance; your items stay on your devices and in your iCloud, and you can export them.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shisui is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using or being unable to use Shisui, and our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid for Shisui in the past 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or Shisui, are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This doesn’t take away any mandatory protections you have under the consumer protection laws of the country or region where you live.
If you have a dispute with us, please email herrys@another-startup.com first, and we’ll try to resolve it with you informally within 30 days.
10. Changes to these terms
When we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date and let you know in the app. Continuing to use Shisui after a change means you accept the new terms.
